meet David Sharman, Registered Home Inspector

David Sharman is an award winning, full-time, Registered Home Inspector who prides himself on his strong work ethic and the importance of providing a professional service to all of his clients.

After graduating from University, David began his career as a successful construction engineer, progressing to operations director of a thriving construction company.

After 20+ years of working in the construction industry, David relocated and headed back to college to study for his home inspection certification - which he passed with honours.

David's early inspection career included providing Risk Assessment Inspections for the insurance industry and Pre-Delivery Inspections for Toronto based real estate development companies.

David now focuses on providing Residential and Commercial inspections throughout the Counties of Peterborough, Northumberland, Durham, Kawartha Lakes and Hastings.
