meet David Sharman, CAHPI Registered Home Inspector

David Sharman is an award-winning, full-time CAHPI Registered Home Inspector who prides himself on a strong work ethic and providing a professional, high quality service to every client.

After graduating from university, David began his career as a construction engineer, eventually progressing to Operations Director of a thriving construction company.

With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, David later relocated and returned to college to study for his home inspection certification — which he completed with honours.

His early inspection career included conducting Risk Assessment Inspections for the insurance industry and Pre-Delivery Inspections for Toronto-based real estate development companies.

Today, David serves clients throughout Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, Northumberland County, Cobourg, Port Hope, and nearby Ontario communities
